I have worked with the MOMS ministry for about 10 years. There have been some very memorable moments that I have gone through being on this ministry, some very
happy times and some very sad times but that is the beautiful thing about being on
this committee is that we are all there to support each other through the good and the bad. I have been so blessed to work with so many wonderful women!
Being a mom of three children, ages 23, 20 and 17 have had its challenges especially since my husband works out of town a lot so it has been many days of single parenting, however once again I have had the support of the MOMS ministry to help me through, give me advice and keep me sane!!!
I really do not have any real hobbies, but I do love to bake and cook different meals, my family never knows what they are going to get for supper! I love to spend time out the lake on a beautiful sunny day fishing and just enjoying being out on the boat, that has got to be the best!!
I am still fairly new to the MOMS leadership team, but have enjoyed every minute of it so far! This ministry has been such a blessing to me that I am now so honoured to be able to work with this amazing team and play a part in it.
My husband Steve and I have been married for 9 years now and we have 3 amazing kids. Brenna is 7, Brooklyn is 4 ... and a half (the half is VERY important! lol), and Ryden is 2.
I love Photography, listening to music, playing volleyball and HOT weather!

If you're reading this THANK YOU and hi, I'm Angie. My husband of 14 years, Brent and our two amazing boys, Holden (8yrs) & Keaton (6yrs) moved from Red Deer, AB to Warman, SK in December of 2013 and started attending Lakeview shortly after.
Moving to a city where I knew no one was hard. The welcome that the Lakeview Church community presented to my guys and me was genuine and comforting. And groups, like MOMS helped me see how God was guiding our family in this new chapter. So when I was asked to join these amazing women I was scared (at first). Then it hit me and I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to "give back". Plus the chance to continue learning in my faith with and from other MOMS - how could I pass that up?
If you're new to MOMS: welcome and if you've been a time or two it's great to have you back! I'm very excited to see how God's plan will lead us into this term and the many to follow.
Three quick facts about me: 1) Huge music fan. If it wasn't rude (or hinder my parenting) I would wear headphones all the time so I could keep discovering new music and never let my faves down. 2) I collect scrapbooking supplies so when my boys leave home I have something to do other than cry and drive Brent nuts. 3) I am slowly working my way down my bucket list of travel destinations.
